Advice

- Bottles should be stored lying down in a cellar, preferably at a stable temperature not exceeding 15°

- Serve Alsace wines but not icy, between 8° and 10° except for the oak vat red which is drunk at room temperature.

- Crémant d’Alsace should be served chilled between 5° and 7°.

- A slight sediment may appear in the bottom of your bottles. This is tartar. It takes nothing away from the quality of the wine. It reflects our filtration and fining choices which maintain the natural aspect and authenticity of this wine.
